The Plough & Harrow is a sensational 'gastro' pub style operation, featuring a cosy drinking area with a large dining area overlooking stunning views.

The pub's Partners have become famous in the Midlands for busy pubs, freshly cooked food, well chosen wines, served by staff who love their job and do it uncompromisingly well!

Aldridge is a very discerning area, so we expect to trade well all year round, but especially well during the summer months making good use of the alfresco dining area.

We are currently looking for managers, front-of-house, bar and kitchen staff. There are great rates of pay and rewards for those who are successful.
